Learn several discipline techniques that work without yelling, arguing or spanking.Jan. 7 – Feb. 18, Healthy You Program: Youth Class (8- to 11-year-olds). 6:30-8 p.m. each Wednesday, CHKD Health Center, 850 Southampton Ave., Norfolk. An educational program for overweight children and their parents, including an individual assessment and a 7-week “Healthy You” lifestyle series.
