GENERAL BOOTH PEDIATRICS RELOCATES

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va.—CHKD Medical Group’s General Booth Pediatrics has relocated its practice from General Booth Boulevard to a newly opened CHKD Health Center at 2117 McComas Way in the Strawbridge area of the city. The practice is one of 11 belonging to CHKD Medical Group’s network of primary care pediatric practices located throughout the region and is part of the CHKD Healthy System’s family of pediatricians, specialists and surgeons. There are five physicians certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics practicing with General Booth Pediatrics who specialize in the care of infants, children and adolescents and who make children’s health and development their primary concern. Services include:
  • Routine checkups and well-child care, including immunizations
  • School, sports and camp physicals
  • Newborn hospital care
  • Diagnosis and treatment of sudden illnesses and injuries
  • Treatment of chronic and recurrent health conditions
  • Comprehensive care for hospitalized children
