KOHLS CARES FOR KIDS: PROMOTION TO BENEFIT CHKD

HAMPTON ROADS – During the back-to-school, holiday and spring seasons, Kohl's Department Stores offer special items for sale with all profits donated to children's hospitals. As part of this season's Kohl's Cares for Kids children's hospital campaign, Kohl's is selling classic children’s books accompanied by plush stuffed animals for $5 each, while supplies last. Proceeds will benefit Children's Hospital of The King’s Daughters. Titles include family favorites such as “Go, Dog Go!, “Put Me in the Zoo” and “Are You My Mother.” To purchase an item in the Kohl's Cares for Kids® Collection, visit a store near you or shop online at www.kohls.com. Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters is the only facility of its kind in Virginia, serving the medical and surgical needs of children throughout greater Hampton Roads, the Eastern Shore of Virginia and northeastern North Carolina. The not-for-profit hospital was founded in 1961 and provides care to nearly 160,000 children each year as inpatients and outpatients, addressing routine and complex illnesses, injuries and chronic conditions. The CHKD Health System operates primary care pediatric practices, surgical practices, multi-service Health Centers and satellite offices throughout its service region.
