"Healthy You" Weight Management Program
Youth Class -- 8- to 11-Year Olds
HAMPTON ROADS, Va. - CHKD will offer the highly regarded
“Healthy You” educational program for overweight children (ages 8 to 11 years old) and their parents September 16 – November 18 in Virginia Beach.
The program meets weekly on Tuesdays and encompasses an individual assessment and a 10-week “Healthy You” lifestyles series, including a wide variety of fun fitness classes at the YMCA.
