CHKD to offer weight management program in Williamsburg
Program for children 8-18 starts October 13
NORFOLK, Va. - Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters will offer its highly-regarded treatment program for overweight children ages 8 and older in Williamsburg this fall. The ten-week Healthy You program includes individual assessments, comprehensive lifestyle classes and a variety of fun fitness classes. The program will be held Tuesday and Thursday nights, 6:30-8 p.m., from October 13 to December 15 at the James City County/Williamsburg Community Center at 5301 Longhill Road.
