Spanking and How it Affects Children
NORFOLK, Va. – The following free public program is sponsored by CHKD, Kohl’s Department Store and Old Dominion University’s “In Support of Children” initative.

Professor Murray Straus will discuss corporal punishment, why it is ineffective and the long-term effects it can have on children including symptoms of post-traumatic stress.
