Oyster Point “torch relay” raises more than $5,000
NEWPORT NEWS, VA -- The CHKD Torch Relay fundraiser in the Oyster Point section of Newport News brought in more than $5,000 on Oct. 26. Nearly 200 people walked inthe relay, which was led by 12-year-old Kaela Johnson of Hampton, the event’schampion child.
