Parents should be aware of unhealthy ways teens used to build muscle

USA Today's Michelle Healy quoted Dr. Joel Brenner, medical director of CHKD's sports medicine program, on a study highlighting potentially unhealthy ways teens attempt to build muscle, saying that parents need to be vigilant to make certain their children are working out to stay fit and not to develop perfect bodies.
