CHKD service pooch joins Monday's inaugural parade
His regular job is helping kids at CHKD. On Monday, he'll join the president's party.
Pecos' fur will be brushed, nails clipped, ears cleaned.
And just like Michelle Obama, he'll wear a designer outfit
in the presidential inauguration parade Monday.
His will be a dashing blue-and-yellow vest from the organization that trained him, Canine Companions for Independence.
Pecos is a Labrador golden retriever mix whose job is comforting children during interviews and exams for the Child Abuse Program at Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters in Norfolk.
