Charles E. Horton Jr., MD -- Dr. Horton is a staff pediatric urologist with special interests in the full range of urogenital reconstruction, hypospadias repair and minimally-invasive laparoscopic surgery. A graduate of Eastern Virginia Medical School, Dr. Horton completed his general surgery residency at Dartmouth University and a residency in urology at Harvard University. He completed his medical education with a pediatric fellowship in urology at Johns Hopkins University.

Dr. Horton is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a fellow with American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Surgeons. He and his partner see patients at CHKD in Norfolk and at CHKD's health centers at Chesapeake, Virginia Beach and Newport News. Their surgeries are offered at all three of CHKD's surgical facilities.
