Our pediatric physiatrists provide inpatient care and outpatient for children with neuromusculoskeletal impairments due to traumatic injury or disease. Our group treats children suffering from cerebrovascular accidents, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, multiple trauma and neuromuscular disorders, including spina bifida, cerebral palsy and dysphasia.
Our primary goal is to help children achieve the highest functional capacity possible.
Outpatient care is coordinated through CHKD's home health rehabilitation services.
