Registrations must be received by Friday, September 4, 2015. Cancellations must be received by 5:00 p.m., EST on September 11, 2015 to receive a tuition refund; however, an administrative fee of $50 will be retained on all cancellations. Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after this date or for "no shows." Cancellations must be submitted in writing or e-mailed to Sylvette.Houston-Lockhart@chkd.org
