Registration/Cancellation Policy

Registrations must be received by September 5, 2011. Register online now.

Cancellations must be received by 5 p.m. EST on September 9, 2011, to receive a tuition refund; however, an administrative fee of $50 will be retained on all cancellations. Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after this date or for “no shows.” Cancellations must be submitted in writing and may be faxed to (757) 668-9766 or e-mailed to Rosalind.Whitaker@chkd.org.
