"Round-the-Clock" Bonus Program
Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters is a 24-hour, round-the-clock facility. We are always "open" to ensure that our region's sickest children receive the medical care they need. CHKD relies on bedside nurses and respiratory therapists to work shifts, holidays and take call to staff our 24-hour departments.
We understand the balancing act between work and personal schedules for our employees can be challenging, so we've created a program to reward "Round-the-Clock" nurses and respiratory therapists.
As "Round-the-Clock" nurses and therapists reach various service milestones, they receive award checks. Checks are distributed during anniversary months according to the date of hire.
The milestone bonus program is just one way in which CHKD rewards its nurses and therapists for their skill and dedication to our region's children.
