Weekend Accelerated Rate Program
The Weekend Accelerated Rate Program for licensed practical nurses (LPNs), registered nurses and respiratory therapists compensates participants at an increased differential pay for work on weekends.
The weekend program is designed to encourage full-time LPNs, registered nurses and respiratory therapists as well as new graduate nurses (after completion of orientation) to consider weekend shifts. Besides the benefit of enhanced wages, the program provides an attractive option of flexible work hours suited to your personal needs and the opportunity for continuation of career development.
The Weekend Accelerated Rate Program is another way for CHKD to say "thank you" to its dedicated nurses and therapists.
