Stipends for Residents
Stipends for residents are proposed upon acceptance into the residency program.
All residents will be paid on a bi-monthly basis.
Vacation and Leaves
Residents are authorized 14 days of vacation per academic year and time for interviews. The amount of vacation that can be taken at one time will be determined by the program director.
Professional Liability Insurance
Professional liability insurance covering medical activities clearly defined within the scope of the residency program is provided by the hospital at no cost to the resident.
Life, Disability, and Health Insurance
A standard benefit package will be given to residents which will include life, disability, and health insurance. Vision and/or dental insurance is available for an additional cost.
In order to enhance the learning and residency experience, the pharmacy department may offer to send residents to local or national meetings during the residency program.
