Anderson, a certified clinical transplant coordinator, came to CHKD in 1992 to help children facing end-stage organ failure along their journey of transplantation.

She has a Masters of Science degree from the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University, where her studies concentrated on clinical nurse specialization in maternal-child health, pediatric nurse practitioner training, and developmental disabilities program specialization.
