Health Center at the CHKD Medical Center Campus (NDC)

850 Southampton Avenue, Norfolk, Virginia 23510

  • Take I-264 West (or East) and look for the CHKD direction sign at Exit 11 (Brambleton Avenue).
  • Follow Brambleton to Colley Avenue.
  • Turn left on Colley, then right on Southampton.
  • Proceed two blocks to the Center, which is located on the right.
  • Turn right onto Riverview Avenue immediately past the Health Center.
  • Parking is located on the right.

Health Center at Kempsville

171 Kempsville Road, Norfolk, Virginia 23502

Building A - Orthopedics, sports medicine (primary care) and sports physical therapy

Building B - Tidewater Children's Associates, therapies, lab and x-ray

  • From Norfolk: Take I-264 East to South Exit 15-A.
  • Turn right at the exit ramp traffic light to Newtown Road.
  • At next light, turn right on Kempsville Road, then take the next left (Bangor Avenue).
  • Turn right into the parking lot of Building 171 on the corner of Kempsville and Bangor.

  • From Virginia Beach: Take I-264 West to Exit 15-A, turning left at the exit-ramp traffic light to Newtown Road.
  • At the second light, turn right on Kempsville Road, then take the next left (Bangor Avenue).
  • Turn right into the parking lot for Building 171 on the corner of Kempsville and Bangor.

Health and Surgery Center at Princess Anne

2021 Concert Drive, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23456

  • From Interstate I-264: Traveling east or west, take the S. Independence Boulevard exit (17) toward Princess Anne.
  • Merge onto S. Independence.
  • Go 3.4 miles and turn left on S. Princess Anne Road.
  • Turn right on Concert Drive. The Health and Surgery Center is on the right, just past Landstown High School.

  • From I-64: Take Exit 286-B, Indian River Road East.
  • Veer left onto Ferrell Parkway.
  • Take the ramp onto Princess Anne Road.
  • Turn right on Concert Drive. The Center is on the right, just past Landstown High School.

  • From the Oceanfront: Travel west on Laskin Road.
  • Turn left onto London Bridge Road, which will become Drakes Mile Road.
  • Turn right onto dam Neck Road.
  • Turn right onto Princess Anne Road.
  • Turn left on Concert Drive. The Center is on the right, just past Landstown High School.

Health Center at Oakbrooke

500 Discovery Drive, Chesapeake, Virginia 23320

  • From I-464 South: Take the 168 exit toward Nags Head/Manteo.
  • Take exit 13-B, Battlefield Boulevard South.
  • Turn left onto Great Bridge Boulevard when you exit at this ramp. Great Bridge Boulevard then becomes Kempsville Road on the other side of the intersection at Battlefield.
  • Turn right onto Clearfield Avenue.
  • Turn right onto Discovery Drive. The health center is on the right.

  • From I-64 East or West: Take Exit 290-B, Battlefield Boulevard.
  • Turn left onto Kempsville Road.
  • Turn right onto Clearfield Avenue.
  • Turn right onto Discovery Drive. The health center is on the right.

Health and Surgery Center at Oyster Point

11783 Rock Landing Drive, Newport News, Virginia 23606

  • From Interstate I-64 (East and West): Take Exit 258-A to Route 17-South (J. Clyde Morris Boulevard).
  • Bear right and turn onto Diligence Drive, then right on Rock Landing Drive.
  • The CHKD Health Center is on the left.

Satellite on the Eastern Shore

9159 Franktown Road, Franktown, Virginia 23354

  • From I-264 East or West: Take Exit 14-B, I-64 West.
  • From I-64, exit onto US 13, Northampton Boulevard East.
  • Continue on US 13 through the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel.
  • After the tunnel, continue for about 25 miles, then turn left on Franktown Road, route 609.
  • The Community Health Center is one mile on the right.

Health Center at Harbour View

5835 Harbour View Blvd., Suffolk, Virginia 23435

  • From I-664: Take Exit 9 to Route 17-north.
  • In less than a mile, turn right onto Harbour View Blvd.
  • Then make a left onto Champions Way.
  • The Health Center is on the left.

Satellite at General Booth

2117 McComas Way, Virginia Beach 23456

  • From I-264 East (to the Oceanfront): Take Exit 21-A, First Colonial Road South.
  • Turn right on First Colonial, which becomes Oceana Boulevard.
  • Go 4 miles to General Booth Boulevard; turn right.
  • After 2.2 miles, turn right on McComas Way.
  • The CHKD satellite is on the left.

Health Center at Lightfoot

119 Bulifants Boulevard, Williamsburg, Virginia 23188

  • From I-64 traveling East or West: Take Exit 234-A Lightfoot exit.
  • In less than a mile, take Exit 603 East (Mooretown Road to Rochambeau Drive).
  • Merge onto Mooretown Road.
  • Just past the second stop light, turn left onto Bulifants Boulevard (at Ferguson Enterprises).
  • Take the second left; the CHKD Health Center is on the left.
