Health Center at the CHKD Medical Center Campus

850 Southampton Avenue, Norfolk, Virginia 23510

  • Take I-264 West (or East) and look for the CHKD direction sign at Exit 11 (Brambleton Avenue).
  • Follow Brambleton to Colley Avenue.
  • Turn left on Colley, then right on Southampton.
  • Proceed two blocks to the Center, which is located on the right.
  • Turn right onto Riverview Avenue immediately past the Health Center.
  • Parking is located on the right.

Health Center at Kempsville

171 Kempsville Road, Norfolk, Virginia 23502

  • From Norfolk: Take I-264 East to South Exit 15-A.
  • Turn right at the exit ramp traffic light to Newtown Road.
  • At next light, turn right on Kempsville Road, then take the next left (Bangor Avenue).
  • Turn right into the parking lot of Building 171 on the corner of Kempsville and Bangor.

  • From Virginia Beach: Take I-264 West to Exit 15-A, turning left at the exit-ramp traffic light to Newtown Road.
  • At the second light, turn right on Kempsville Road, then take the next left (Bangor Avenue).
  • Turn right into the parking lot for Building 171 on the corner of Kempsville and Bangor.

Health Center at Strawbridge

  • From I-264 East (to the Oceanfront): Take the Birdneck Road South Exit and turn right on to Birdneck Road.
  • Go 3.4 miles to General Booth Boulevard and turn right.
  • Go 3.5 miles to Strawbridge Shopping Center (on the right).
  • Turn right on McComas Way.
  • Bear left to stay on McComas to the CHKD Health Center.

  • From I-64 East: Take Exit 289-B (South Greenbrier Parkway).
  • From Greenbrier Parkway, turn right on Volvo Parkway and stay to your left.
  • Pass the first intersection (McDonald's) to Executive Boulevard.
  • Make a U-turn (stay on Volvo Parkway) at Executive Boulevard.
  • The CHKD Health Center is a three-story red brick building on the right.

  • From I-64 West: Take the Battlefield Boulevard South exit.
  • From Battlefield, turn left at the second traffic light (Volvo Parkway).
  • Proceed through two traffic lights and continue on Volvo for approximately 3/4 mile.
  • The CHKD Health Center is a three-story red brick building on the right.

  • From Route 168 West: Take Battlefield Boulevard North.
  • Turn right on Volvo Parkway at the Golden Corral.
  • Proceed through two traffic lights and continue on Volvo approximately 3/4 mile.
  • The CHKD Health Center is a three-story red brick building on the right.

Health Center at Harbour View

5835 Harbour View Blvd., Suffolk, VA 23435

  • From I-664: Take Exit 9 to Route 17-north.
  • In less than a mile, turn right onto Harbour View Blvd.
  • Then make a left onto Champions Way.
  • The Health Center is on the left.

Health Center at Oyster Point

11783 Rock Landing Drive , Newport News, Virginia 23608

  • From Interstate I-64 (East and West): Take Exit 258-A to Route 17-South (J. Clyde Morris Boulevard).
  • Bear right and turn onto Diligence Drive, then right on Rock Landing Drive.
  • The CHKD Health Center is on the left.

Satellite on the Eastern Shore

9159 Franktown Road, Franktown, Virginia 23354

  • From I-264 East or West: Take Exit 14-B, I-64 West.
  • From I-64, exit onto US 13, Northampton Boulevard East.
  • Continue on US 13 through the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel.
  • After the tunnel, continue for about 25 miles, then turn left on Franktown Road, route 609.
  • The Community Health Center is one mile on the right.
