CHKD Care Connection for Children Family Resource Center
The Care Connection for Children (CCC) Family Resource Center will reopen in late 2009.
The staff at the Family Resource Center work hard to provide and assist families with the following:
- Provide a centralized, family-focused information and referral system.
- Provide advocacy and guidance for families in an effort to empower them in the navigation of the health care system.
- Assist families with referrals and community collaboration.
- Provide educational publications on diseases and health care topics.
- Provide Internet access to approved health care sites for up-to-date health care information.
- Coordinate family-to-family support programs.
Hours of Operation
The CCC staff is available to assist families 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. After hours appointments are available. Contact us for more information.
