Healthy You: Youth Class (8-11) Healthy You: Teen Class (12-18)

This ten-week series is for 8 -11 year-olds who are interested in the fundamentals of nutrition, making healthy lifestyle choices, food portions, exercise options and behavioral modification and self-esteem issues.
