Referral, Admissions and Fees
All weight management clients must have the approval of their pediatrician or family physician.

Children ages 3 - 16 can participate in clinic, children ages 8 -16
for health class.
Fee for Service
The clinic assessment with the program team will be billed to your insurance company. You are responsible for the co-pay.
Psychotherapy group participation as well as family and/or individual therapy sessions are an additional charge and may be covered by insurance. Visits to the registered dietician and physical therapist may also be covered by insurance.
The cost for the lifestyle class series is $350.00. This includes your
lifestyle classes
and YMCA pass. Payment must be made prior to the first class. All fees are non-refundable. Scholarships and fee adjustments are available based on ability to pay.
