Two Pediatricians Join Courthouse Pediatrics in Gloucester

Gloucester, Va.—CHKD is happy to welcome Sherie Horvath, MD, and Brian Tyler, MD, to Courthouse Pediatrics in Gloucester. They join the practice’s veteran physician, Anne Howard, MD, in providing comprehensive primary care to children.

Dr. Horvath earned her medical degree from University of Alabama and completed her pediatrics residency at University of Virginia Children’s Hospital. Dr. Tyler holds a medical degree from Medical University of South Carolina and served his residency in pediatrics at East Carolina University. Both physicians are board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.

Courthouse Pediatrics is currently accepting new patients and offers a complimentary get-acquainted visit for new families. The practice provides a medical home for children from birth through age 21 and participates in the national Reach Out and Read program. Through Reach Out and Read, children are given a new age appropriate book at every regularly scheduled well visit from age 6 months to 5 years -- along with advice on using books to support a child’s healthy development.
