Charitable Trusts
A charitable remainder trust is another gift that provides you with a lifetime income. These trust agreements are written to distribute income to usually one or two beneficiaries for a term of years or life. When the last income recipient dies, the remaining trust assets become available to Children's Hospital.
There are numerous varieties of charitable remainder trusts, each with its own unique benefits. When considering a charitable remainder trust it is prudent to consult with your attorney, CPA or other financial advisor.
