Reports to designated division Director and is responsible for managing designated service personnel, coordinating and directing the workflow and functions of the department assigned to facilitate safe and efficient workflow and clinical practices. Overall responsibility for designated service operations with 24-hour accountability.  Delegates, supervises personnel, solves problems, makes decisions and develops systems and processes for successful integration and implementation.  Independently carries out and is accountable for daily operations and other negotiated/assigned activities. The Radiology Supervisor reports to the department director/manager and is responsible and accountable for designated modality services. Participates in the evaluation, development and implementation of business operations and clinical workflows to ensure organizational and operational efficiencies of the Radiology department and promote quality timely patient care and services.  Works collaboratively with the department director to promote the effective delivery of best practice and patient focused care.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing the day to day operations of the designated modalities to establish coordinated services within the radiology department and across the organization. Licensed Clinical Social Worker

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) reports to the department leadership and is responsible for conducting mental health assessments with children and adolescents to determine mental health diagnosis and risk for harm to self or others.  Provides a comprehensive evaluation of bio-psychosocial problems resulting from acute or chronic illness, trauma, or disability, as well as the primary support group, educational system, social environment, legal system, and other psychosocial and environmental problems.  Facilitates admission to inpatient psychiatric facilities as well as referrals to outpatient behavioral health services.  Provides on-going counseling services to the patient and/or family to include individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.  Ensures comprehensive assessment and recommended treatment plan are submitted for reimbursement to third party payer sources based on established guidelines.  Provides assessment, counseling, and resource services as necessary.May function in an on-call capacity as necessary to meet the needs of the organization. MRI Technologist - MRI

Reports to designated department Supervisor/Manager/Director. Works with leadership and radiologists to provide, enhance and maintain high levels for image quality and patient safety. Assures customer satisfaction (interdepartmental, community and patient/family) with services.  Performs and assists with MRI examinations and procedures under the direction of a Radiologist to produce exams which are used in medical diagnosis to locate injuries, foreign bodies, pathological conditions or lesions within the body. Follows established policies, procedures, exam protocols and regulations to promote patient safety and ensure a safe working environment in both modalities.   Provides services to support inpatient, ED and outpatient imaging with ability to perform specialty imaging procedures (abnormal anatomy, congenital cardiac, and fetal imaging). Works in conjunction with the Sedation and Anesthesia departments to facilitate and ensure timely placement of add-on/ stat/urgent examinations. Assists and supports orientation and training of organizational staff, students, department personnel and new employees related to safety, patient preparations, job roles and proper procedures. Provides a friendly work environment for all staff and communicates effectively with all personnel. Evaluates MRI images for technical quality.  Maintains and monitors MRI zoning to ensure safety for staff, and patients. Seeks guidance from management for unusual or unanticipated circumstances that require deviation from financial/operational policies, protocols and standards of practice.
