Bio
Beth Darrow is a pediatric nurse practitioner who is grateful to support patients and families throughout their perioperative process.
She is devoted to shared decision-making, medically optimizing patients for their procedures, and answering questions related to anesthesia. She started working at CHKD in 1998 as an operating room nurse.
Over the years she has scrubbed, circulated, and assisted with many surgical specialties at both the main hospital and the surgery center at Princess Anne. Before going to graduate school, she also worked as a school nurse and kindergarten teacher in Virginia Beach.
She currently lives in Virginia Beach with her husband, two children, and one dog.
