Originally from New Hampshire, Dr. Foley worked in primary care and emergency medicine for two years before completing a fellowship in pediatric critical care at the Children's Hospital of Buffalo.

Dr. Foley has been with CHKD for nearly three decades. Currently serving as Chief of Clinical Operations Officer at CHKD, Dr. Foley has also served as a pediatric intensive care specialist, Chief of the Division of Pediatric Critical Care and as Medical Director of CHKD’s pediatric intensive care unit, pharmacy, and critical care transport.
