Bio
As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, Renee's goal is to build a collaborative relationship with her patients by getting to know them and gaining an understanding of their unique needs and concerns. She appreciates and values taking a holistic approach to treatment and believes that medication for mental health concerns is only one part of the solution. Renee believes the best outcomes for patients are often seen with a combination of medication, therapy, and lifestyle changes.
Renee has extensive experience working with a wide range of psychiatric conditions including anxiety and depressive disorders, bipolar disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), obsessive-compulsive disorder, autism, eating disorders, gender dysphoria, trauma-related disorders, psychotic disorders, and substance use disorders and has also provided medication-assisted detox treatment to adult clients.
