Bio
Dr. Falcone completed undergraduate education at Stanford University and medical school at the University of Washington School of Medicine, where he participated in specialized training working with underserved communities and initiated several projects to improve
healthcare for people experiencing homelessness. He went on to complete a seven-year residency training program in neurological surgery at University of California, Irvine, during which he also completed enfolded fellowship training both in epilepsy surgery and neurosurgical critical care, with a focus on the management of
traumatic brain injury and multimodal brain monitoring. After this, he went to University of California, San Francisco, for dedicated fellowship training in pediatric neurosurgery.
Dr. Falcone is drawn to the diverse and challenging pathologies found in pediatric neurosurgery as well as the rewarding nature of working with kids and their families and is excited to be joining the CHKD team.
