Graduate school: University of South Florida
Bio
Prior to attending PA school at the University of South Florida (USF), Alysen obtained her master’s degree in clinical exercise physiology and worked as a rehabilitation specialist.
During graduate school, Alysen worked with children in various athletic environments such as strength and conditioning settings, as well as sports training camps. It was during graduate school that Alysen fell in love with keeping kids healthy and active.
After completing a rotation in pediatric orthopedics during PA school at USF, Alysen knew this was the right career path for her.
In her free time, Alysen enjoys spending time outdoors, exercising, and playing with her dog, Kilo.
