Dr. Pearce completed her undergraduate training in human nutrition and sports medicine at the University of Florida. She received her medical degree at the University of South Alabama, where she also did an orthopedic surgery residency.

She pursued a fellowship in pediatric orthopedic surgery at Children’s Hospital Colorado in Denver, broadening her knowledge and techniques in pediatric musculoskeletal conditions and procedures.

Dr. Pearce then joined the prestigious Steadman Clinic for world-class training in sports medicine orthopedic surgery in Colorado. The fellowship helped hone her advanced arthroscopy, cartilage preservation, and sports medicine skills.

She cared for professional and Olympic athletes of all ages there as one of the team physicians for the United States Ski and Snowboard Team and the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee.

When she's not operating, in clinic, researching, or covering athletic events, Dr. Pearce enjoys beach time and surfing with her family and friends, snowboarding, as well as running and working out.

Quality family time is an important recharge for Dr. Pearce.
