Children’s
Hospital of The King’s Daughters Health System (“CHKDHS”) has established a
comprehensive privacy program, including both a chief information security
officer and a chief privacy officer, designed to help us respect and protect
data privacy rights. CHKDHS will protect the privacy of all personal
information in its custody in keeping with the access and privacy provisions of
all applicable legislation.
When
you visit a CHKDHS website, your personal information will not be collected
unless you choose to become a registered user of the site in order to use
online services like class or event registration or to receive news or
notifications from CHKDHS by email and receive online products and services
that require it. Your personal information will then be used only to provide
you with services and products that you select, and for no other purpose.
Logging Practices
Children’s Hospital

record Internet Protocol (IP) addresses of visitors. The IP address is a unique
