Dr. Polak has been an anesthesiologist at CHKD since 1999. His passion for pediatric anesthesiology came into focus during his residency, at nearby Portsmouth Naval Hospital, in which he was introduced to CHKD. Dr. Polak was "amazed with how the patients were treated and how the staff was so caring and worked well with one another."
