Bio
"Dr. Fred" is a Norfolk native and a graduate of Norfolk Academy and the University of Virginia. He has been practicing pediatrics since 1985 with Pediatric Specialists, which was started by his father, William Fink, in 1946. He feels privileged to work with so many terrific doctors and staff to take care of children and young adults in
the Tidewater area, and proud to be a part of Pediatric Specialists' growth over the years, now with four offices and 14 providers.
Dr. Fink was a summer camp doctor in Maine for 10 years and coached youth
basketball for 15 years. He serves on the Board of Trustees at Norfolk Academy and lives in Norfolk with his wife, Debby, and is proud father of Kevin and Kathryn.
