Dr. Horton is a pediatric urologist at Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters.

Dr. Horton returned to Norfolk to practice with his father, who was the first plastic surgeon in Norfolk in 1954 and who pioneered my techniques in hypospadias that are still in use today.
