Bio
Delbridge graduated with a bachelor’s degree in health and exercise science from Bridgewater College, where he played football and ran track and field. He also interned with the strength and conditioning coaches where he was able to shadow and conduct team training. Delbridge began his career as a sports performance coach where he was able to train many different populations including general fitness, sports-specific athletes, and team training.
As the current fitness program supervisor, Delbridge oversees the sports performance academy and its programs to meet the needs of the patients and clientele of the sports medicine program at CHKD. Specializing in team training, Delbridge has seen teams of all types of sports, experience, and age group. He also shows great interest in speed, agility, movement skills, movement efficiency, and strength and conditioning. Delbridge loves his family and participating in competitive outdoor activities.
