Bio

Dr. Santee has a passion for caring for children with cleft lip and palate and craniofacial differences, including craniosynostosis. He offers treatments covering the full scope of cleft surgery, craniomaxillofacial surgery, and oral surgery. He completed a fellowship specifically focused on cleft and craniofacial surgery at El Paso Children’s Hospital. Dr. Santee is very excited to be part of the community at CHKD and offer his unique skill set to help care for the children in Hampton Roads and the surrounding area.

When he’s not at the hospital, Dr. Santee is probably doing something outside with his rescue dog, a blue heeler mix. He enjoys hiking, camping, cycling, and photography. Now that he’s living on the coast for the first time in his life he’s excited to find new and fun activities out on the water.
