Bio
Dr. Inciong received his medical degree from the University of the Philippines. He completed his residency in plastic surgery and was associate clinical professor at the University of the Philippines-Philippine General Hospital. He moved to the United States and finished a second residency in plastic surgery at the
University of Southern California. Dr. Inciong has completed fellowships in plastic surgery at the University of Miami and microsurgery and craniofacial/maxillofacial surgery at Eastern Virginia Medical School.
Dr. Inciong is director of the multidisciplinary CHKD Cleft and Craniofacial Center. He has been a longtime volunteer for Operation Smile, performing cleft lip and palate surgeries all over the world. Dr. Inciong is board certified by the American Board of Plastic
Surgery.
Dr. Inciong is also the president of Children's Surgical Specialty Group at CHKD.
