Do you know someone who truly exemplifies CHKD’s EXCEL standards in their daily work? Nominate them for an "I EXCEL" Award — or recognize a group of up to 20 with a "We EXCEL" Team Award.

Once a nomination is submitted, the EXCEL Recognition Committee, in collaboration with the Employee Engagement Council, carefully reviews each submission. Selected individuals and teams will receive:
- A special gift bag and certificate
- Recognition at their primary work location/unit
- A spotlight on KDnet and in the Team CHKD newsletter
