Personal Statement
After completing residencies at CHKD, my husband and I left for seven years to practice in Texas and Georgia. We could not turn down the opportunity to return to a place we loved to live and work, and we came back to CHKD.
Bio
Dr. Brenner is a professor of pediatrics at Old Dominion University/EVMS. She is a graduate of Purdue University, The University of Buffalo School of Medicine and the pediatric residency-training program at CHKD.
Dr. Brenner is the medical director of The King's Daughters Milk Bank at CHKD and the CSG Division of Breastfeeding Medicine. She is agGeneral academic pediatrician, where she and her partners train 84 pediatric residents and 150 EVMS medical students in outpatient pediatrics. She has been an international board-certified lactation consultant since 2002 and is a 2014 graduate of The Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine Fellowship Program.
