Bio

Before coming to CHKD in 2007, Ford Cutrell was employed with the State of Maryland child welfare system working with families and children to assess and prevent abuse and neglect.

Her CHKD career has included work in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and with Care Connection for Children, where she is currently employed full-time. Ford Cutrell also serves CHKD Mental Health Service in a per diem capacity where she assists with behavioral health and medical social work needs.

She has a wide range of practice experience working with families and children from all walks of life and specializes in working with families who have children with special health care needs and working within the medical setting.
