Rachel Dishong, NP

Bio

Born and raised in California, Rachel moved to central Pennsylvania where she lived for the last 25 years.  She recently relocated with her husband and their 2 golden retrievers from Hershey, PA to work for CHKD in the emergency department. Their daughter still lives in Pennsylvania.

Rachel attended Penn State University for her undergrad and graduate degree in the family nurse practitioner program. She was a nurse for 10 years at Penn State Hershey Medical Center where she found the love of emergency medicine, second only to finding her passion of pediatrics.

Rachel has a love of sand and sea, which is why she was so happy to return to the beach. She also loves exploring with her husband and dogs. They are all looking forward to the adventures and finding all of the beautiful locations in this area.
