CHKD's pediatric practices accept a wide variety of insurance carriers. Below you'll find a partial list of insurances that are accepted. Please call your pediatrician's office to see if the practice and your child's doctor accepts your insurance plan prior to receiving services.

Please Note:

• Some of the CHKD's pediatric practices, located in VA, do accept NC Medicaid (Chesapeake Pediatrics, Nansemond Pediatrics, and Tidewater Children's Associates).
• However, Coastal Pediatrics, located in North Carolina, does not accept Virginia Health Network, Virginia Medicaid, or Virginia Premier Health Plans.
