Bio
Dr. Ongkingco was born and raised in the Philippines and moved to the U.S. in 1988. Following his residency training at CHKD, he practiced for three years in Alabama. He then returned to Hampton Roads in 1998 to be closer to family and reconnect with CHKD.
Dr. Ongkingco enjoys a variety of music genre, movies, biking, dining, travel, gardening, spending time with family and friends.
