Training and Tutorials
Section 1: Staff Training
All staff who interact with the EMR will be required to complete Epic training as part of the implementation, with content tailored to their role and delivered through virtual sessions, in-person classes, self-paced learning modules, and hands-on demonstration environments.
Training applies to areas including:
- Billing
- Registration
- Scheduling
- Clinical documentation
- Administrative and operational workflows

Section 2: Tutorials for Councils and Workgroups
All individuals participating in councils and workgroups are required to complete introductory Epic implementation tutorials to familiarize themselves with the system and the overall project.

Section 3: Future Training and Resources
