Bio
Megan was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and is a certified pediatric nurse and certified pediatric acute care nurse practitioner. She currently resides in Virginia.
In addition to working in pediatrics, Megan also has an interest in travel and tropical medicine and recently completed a short course at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
During her free time, Megan enjoys running, hiking, traveling, and writing. Her future goals include pursuing a fellowship in wilderness medicine and continuing to learn and teach through her travels and her time at CHKD in the emergency department.
