I chose to work at CHKD after completing the Urgent Care Fellowship for physician assistants, where I received an excellent education and had the privilege of working with an incredible team. The supportive environment and dedication to patient care made it the perfect place to start my career as a PA.
Bio
Annabel Riebel, PA-C, grew up in Roanoke, Virginia and has always had a passion for working with children. Her love for problem-solving, combined with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives, led Annabel to pursue a career in medicine. She finds great fulfillment in helping families navigate their child’s health concerns and enjoys the challenge of diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions.
Annabel chose to work at CHKD after completing a PA Fellowship in Pediatric Urgent Care. She knew this was where she wanted to be — a place where she could continue to grow while providing the best possible care for children and their families.
Outside of work, Annabel loves staying active by running and riding horses. She also enjoys flipping furniture and tackling DIY projects. She is engaged and excited to marry her best friend in summer 2025.
