I enjoy nursing and taking care of patients because providing comfort and care to others has always been important to me. I feel that nursing others to health provides a satisfaction to both my heart and mind.

Bio

Schmidt worked at CHKD for 10 years as a registered nurse and has been a nurse practitioner since 2016.

She has worked in various settings, including adult endocrinology. Although she has enjoyed every aspect of her nursing career, she has a particular passion for caring for children and their families.
