I am excited to work at CHKD to be part of a thriving community of providers passionate about all aspects of children's healthcare.
Bio
Dr. Laurenzano grew up in western Massachusetts and completed medical school and residency there. She completed her fellowship in San Diego, CA and worked in Albuquerque, NM for six years before moving back to the east coast to be closer to family and have the opportunity to work at CHKD.
Dr. Laurenzano's clinical work provides endless rewarding opportunities to partner with pediatric patients and families to address their unique endocrine and diabetes health needs. She enjoys taking part in local events, like diabetes summer camp, and partnering with health care providers within the school system and community to educate and empower children and families living with diabetes and other endocrine health conditions.
In her spare time, Dr. Laurenzano enjoys spending time with her dog and attending as many local and regional theatre productions as she can find!
