Communication Tools

Microsoft Teams is the primary collaboration platform for the Epic implementation project, providing a central space for communication and document sharing.

We will utilize the following Teams Spaces throughout the Epic implementation:

• Project-Wide Teams Channels 
• Council-Specific Teams Channels 
• Workgroup Teams Channels 

Once inside a Teams channel, users will find organized folders for documents, meeting materials, and project communications. 

Project team members have been granted access to their assigned channels. If you are a member of the project team and believe you require access to any of these channels, please email Epic@CHKD.org.
