Vice President, Strategic Planning and Business Development
Duties
Estabrooks is responsible for developing and refining strategic initiatives that sustain long-term growth and development for CHKDHS. She leads teams and constituents in driving a strategy process, which includes the spectrum of short and long-range strategic planning and business development. She has responsibility for marketing and corporate communications as well as community and physician outreach services.
Background
Estabrooks brings experiences from prior work at various integrated delivery networks and children’s hospitals. Her professional career in healthcare administration began as an Administrative Fellow at the Cleveland Clinic; it has since been rooted in service line planning as well as large scale capital projects involving new program development. Tara joined CHKD in 2017 and has been instrumental in defining and leading CHKDHS’ strategic growth opportunities.
Education
Estabrooks played collegiate soccer and received her B.A. in Business Administration from Westminster College. She graduated with honors from Washington University in St. Louis with a Master in Health Administration (MHA) degree.
